The mark pairs a crossed fork and knife above the name, a classic dining emblem that reads as "restaurant" before the wordmark is even legible. "THE ENCORE" sits in bold black Abhaya Libre, with "KITCHEN & COCKTAILS" in burgundy below, framed by thin rule lines that give it an engraved, menu-like feel.
The burgundy nods to both fine dining and theater curtains, tying back to "Encore" and suggesting a show-stopping night out. The crossed-utensil icon and serif type lean traditional and editorial, closer to a steakhouse or supper club than a casual eatery. Naming both "Kitchen" and "Cocktails" signals a full dining-and-bar experience rather than a food-only concept.
